Do you offer a free trial?
Yes. Upon sign up new customers will immediately receive a $300 credit that can be applied towards the cost of their service. If a customer chooses to cancel their service before their entire credit is used they will lose any remaining credit and their account will be closed.
Is LoadTrek's ELD FMCSA compliant?
Yes. LoadTrek is compliant with all Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations. You can find a full list of approved ELDs at eld.fmcsa.dot.gov/list.
Do you offer live demos?
Yes! We are more than happy to schedule a live demo that will demonstrate how LoadTrek can alleviate the pain points of your current system.
Do you have apps for iPhone and Android?
Yes. The LTPhone app is currently available for iOS and Android. The LTPhone app gives drivers the full power of LoadTrek without needing to meet the full ELD requirements. Please head to this link to learn more about the LTPhone app.

We offer a live customer support team with business hours from 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. CT Monday - Friday. Support for critical issues is available 24/7.
